Avocado shake with kale

Du trenger: 

1 moden avokado
1 moden banan (eller fryst)
Grønnkål
Mandelmelk

You’ll need:

1 ripe avocado 
1 ripe banana (or frozen)
Kale
Almond milk

Slik gjør du det:

Ha alle ingrediensene i en blender og bland alt sammen. Tilpass mengde grønnkål og mandelmelk til eget ønske. Start gjerne med mindre mandelmelk og ha i mer etter behov.

This is how you do it:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it all together. Adapt the amount of kale and almond milk to how you like it. Start with less almond milk and then add more if you need it.
