Drikk et glass vin eller ta deg en sjokoladebit om du har lyst på det!

Det er bedre å angre på ting du har gjort enn ting du ikke har gjort.

Gjør alltid ditt beste for at de rundt deg skal ha det bra.

Spis sunt nok og tren nok til at du føler deg bra.

Aldri la noen si du ikke er bra nok.

Drink a glass of wine or eat some chocolate if you want to! 

It´s better to regret the things you have done rather than the things you never did. 

Always do your best to make sure the people around you are OK. 

Eat healthy and train enough so that you feel good inside.

Never let anyone tell you your not good enough!
