Filling smoothie

Denne smoothien er perfekt å for eksempel starte dagen med om du ikke er et frokostmenneske. Fordi den inneholder havregryn og chiafrø er den god og mettende.

This smoothie is perfekt to for example start the day with if you’re not a breakfast person. Because it contains oast and chia seeds this smoothie will keep you full. 

Du trenger: 

1 avokado
1 liten banan
En håndfull ananas
1 dl frosne blåbær
En neve havregryn
1 ss chiafrø
Mandelmelk
2-3 steviadråper

You’ll need:

1 avocado
1 small banana
A handful pineapple 
1 dl frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Almond milk
2-3 drops of stevia

Slik gjør du:

Bland alt sammen til smoothien er klumpfri. Tilpass mandelmelken etter behov. Den skal være ganske tykk, men om du foretrekker en mer flytende smoothie tilfører du bare litt ekstra væske.

This is how you do it:

Mix everything together until there are no lumps. Adapt the amount of almond milk after what’s needed. This smoothie is supposed to be pretty thick, but if you prefer a more fluid smoothie you can just add some more almond milk.
