Badekar, badeolje, ansiktsmaske (gjerne sheet mask), kokosolje, gode hudprodukter, favoritt-vinen, levende lys og den beste spillelisten du har.

Slik gjør du …

Tapp badekaret med varmt, deilig vann og ha i en god badeolje. Mens badekaret fylles opp tar du kokosolje i håret – fra hodebunnen og helt ut til tuppene. Legg ansiktsmasken på, tenn lys og hell deg et glass vin. Sett på spillelisten du elsker og senk kroppen ned i vannet. Nyt, nyt og nyt! Så lenge du bare orker. Avslutt med å vaske ut oljen i håret, shave leggene og til slutt smøre kroppen i gode hudprodukter.

You’ll need … 

A bathrub, bath oil, sheet mask, coconut oil, good moisturizers for your face and body, your favorite wine, candles and the best playlist you know.

This is how you do it …

Fill the bathtub with warm water and add a good bath oil. While it fills up, apply coconut oil in your hair – from the scalp to the ends. Put on the sheet mask, light the candles and pour a glass of wine. Play the music and lower your body into the warm water. Enjoy, enjoy and enjoy! As long as you bear. Wash our the oil from your hair when your finished, shave your legs and finish with applying good products to your body.
