That’s why my recipes usually are without any measures, and are more meant to be a source of inspiration for you. Make the dish your own and use the flavors you love!
Salad mix (of your choice)
Westfaler ham (cured ham)
Feta cheese in oil with sundried tomatoes
This is how you do it:
Cut all the vegetables, fruits and berries and mix it with the salad. Place the feta cheese on top of the salad and drizzle with some of the oil from the package. Lay the cured ham on top. You can use lime juice instead of the oil, or make a yummy vinaigrette. Balsamic vinegar also fits perfectly to this dish!
Hot tip: Balsamic vinegar is super tasty together with strawberries!
