Cream cheese and smoked salmon toast

This recipe is super easy, but so tasty! When I lived in New York I ate this at my favorite restaurant all.the.time. The good thing is: It is just as easy to make at home. Eat this for breakfast or lunch, accompanied by a nice cup of coffee.

What you’ll need:

Whole grain bread
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
Capers
Dill

This is how you do it:

Toast the bread, add the cream cheese, salmon, capers and dill. Easy as that!
You can also add radish, black pepper and onions.

Enjoy!
