A 3-step process for planning the perfect week

Write out your intentions
What do you want to accomplish this week? What are your goals? What needs to be done? How do you want your week to be like? These are questions you need to ask yourself before you write down your intentions of the week. You also need to prioritize your time, so figure out what you need to focus on the upcoming week!

Find that work/life balance
It’s all about priorities. You need to find the balance between work/school and friends, fun and family. Said otherwise, you need to find the balance between things you need to get done and things you want to do. In these summer days it’s easy to forget about all obligations and just play in the sun, but by being aware of your intentions and priorities it will be so much easier to do them both. Just plan!

Repetition is the key!
For this to work, you need to do it every week. Every week you need to figure out your intentions and make it work with everything fun you want to do. When you got this, your life will be so much easier – your planning too. What are you waiting for? Start today!

  1. Every Sunday i prepare 5 outfits to wear for work week and also write a weekly todo list on my phone that I get a notification for every evening. These 2 things definitely help me stay on track!
