My philosophy when it comes to food is that it’s all about the individual taste. How I like my food, may not be how you like yours. In addition, I never follow a recipe when I cook. That’s why my recipes usually are without any measures, and are more meant to be a source of inspiration for you. Make the dish your own and use the flavors you love!
Virgin olive oil
This is how you do it:
Wash the spinach and rockets, dry them and put them in a bowl. Cut reddish, apricot and strawberries and take the pomegranate bits out. Have it in the bowl. Add the feta cheese and some good virgin olive oil before you mix it all together. Serve with some focaccia.
